The 26-year-old became Dan McNamara’s second signing of the summer following the arrival of Liv Fergusson earlier in the month of July.

Wilson began her career with Reading and gained promotion as champions to the Women’s Super League in her first season at the club, before joining Bristol City where she was promoted for the second successive campaign in 2016.

The defender then moved onto London Bees and Sheffield United, signing for the latter in 2020, before departing Bramall Lane in May 2023.
