A Wolves Account is a single set of login details allowing supporters to login to the following online platforms with the same username and password for each:
- Wolves website
- Wolves TV
- Wolves app
- Ticketing website
- Online shop
It replaces your current logins for the ticketing website and the shop – these old accounts can be linked to keep your ticketing history and reward cash.
It also allows you to set which marketing methods (if any) you’d like to receive from Wolves and update your personal details at any time with ease.
If you’ve already logged in to the Wolves App or Wolves TV then you already have a Wolves Account you can login with and you can link this to your old ticketing and shop logins.
Why do I need to do this?
This change is designed to make things quicker and more convenient in the future. Supporters will only need to remember one login to access all online services from the club. Logging in to one platform will log you in to all others at once.
You will only need to update their details once to update all platforms and allows you to ensure you only receive the marketing communications from the club that you want.
This process will only need to be completed once – once set up you will have your login for all online services going forward.
Who needs a Wolves Account?
Supporters who have previously registered to login to the Wolves app or to watch/listen to club content on Wolves TV will already have a Wolves Account and can use the same login details as previously, though ticketing website and shop accounts can be linked to keep transaction history and reward cash.
Supporters who have previously held no online accounts, or ticketing website and/or online shop accounts only will need to create a new Wolves Account. Those who already have an email address registered with Wolves should use the same email address to create a new Wolves Account to enable them to link any existing accounts.
To check which email address you currently have registered on our database, you can email wolvesaccount@wolves.co.uk.
When will I use my Wolves Account?

I already have an account for the ticketing website – do I need to create a Wolves Account?
Any supporters who had a ticketing website account but are not registered to log in to the Wolves App or Wolves TV will need to create a new Wolves Account.
Those who already have an email address registered with Wolves should use the same email address to create a new Wolves Account to enable them to link any existing accounts.

I already have an account for the online shop – do I need to create a Wolves Account?
Any supporters who had an online shop account but are not registered to log in to the Wolves App or Wolves TV will need to create a new Wolves Account.
Those who already have an email address registered with Wolves should use the same email address (this is important as we use email address to match accounts) to create a new Wolves Account to enable them to link any existing accounts.
Supporters who have previously registered to login to the Wolves app or to watch/listen to club content on Wolves TV will already have a Wolves Account and can use the same login details as previously, regardless of whether or not they have an online shop account, though ticketing website and shop accounts can be linked to keep transaction history and reward cash.
I already have an account for the Wolves App/Wolves TV – do I need to create a Wolves Account?
Supporters who have previously registered to login to the Wolves app or to watch/listen to club content on Wolves TV will already have a Wolves Account and can use the same login details as previously, regardless of whether or not they have a ticketing website or online shop account.
How do I create a Wolves Account?
Supporters can create a Wolves Account by visiting https://login.wolves.co.uk, clicking ‘Create Account’ button and entering their forename, surname, email address and password, or alternatively by using social sign in via their Facebook or Google+ profile.
An email will then be sent to the email address provided with a secure link – click on this link to confirm email address. The Wolves Account is then active.
Supporters must update their details, update their communication preferences and link any existing supporter numbers to be able to purchase online and continue to receive communication from Wolves.
For social sign in, click on the Facebook or Google+ icon on the registration page. Depending on whether a supporter is ‘signed in’ to the provider, they may be prompted to sign in and allow permissions. For supporters who are already ‘signed in’, an account will be automatically created using the email address, forename and surname from their social profile.
I cannot buy tickets online with my supporter number

I’ve tried creating a Wolves Account but it tells me an account already exists
If you have previously registered to login to the Wolves app or to watch/listen to club content on Wolves TV then this is your Wolves Account.
Use the forgotten password link on the login page to get your password reset.
I’ve created an account but am being told my account is not verified
When you created your Wolves Account you will have been sent a verification email from Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club (noreply@wolves.co.uk) – this contains a link you need to click. Whilst you wait, you will see the “Awaiting Confirmation Email” page.
If you cannot see the email, look in your spam or junk folders. If you do not receive the email please email wolvesaccount@wolves.co.uk
If you have received the email but cannot click the link, please right click (hold finder on link on mobile) on the link, and select from options to ‘open hyperlink’, or ‘copy hyperlink’ and paste in to a browser address bar and go.

When I try to link my supporter number to my Wolves Account, I get an error message
Please ensure that you are using your current supporter number (can be found on the back of your season or membership card), and the password you previously used to login to ticketing with that supporter number.
If the password is not accepted, please email wolvesaccount@wolves.co.uk.
I’ve followed the guides but I’m not sure if I’ve linked my account
To check if you’ve linked your ticketing account successfully visit https://tickets.wolves.co.uk – and login (button in top left of the screen on desktop/laptop, top right on mobile).
Once logged in, tap the profile icon in the header (tyour name or a black silhouette of a person) and click ‘Personal Details’ – this will then bring up a page which shows your account. At the top of this page will be your name followed by your supporter number in brackets if linked successfully.
This page will also show your tickets and friends and family members linked to your account.
I have multiple supporter numbers associated with my email address – how do I link them all?
There are two options for this:
- If you do not require the other supporter to be able to login and buy on their own then all they need to do is ensure that the other supporter numbers still appear in the friends and family list from your personal details on the ticketing site (drop down menu in the header under your name) and you can continue to purchase for that supporter
- If you do require the other supporter to be able to login independently – you need to create a new Wolves Account on a separate email address and link the other supporter number. If the supporter number has never had its own login (ie it’s always been attached to your main account), you will need to email wolvesaccount@wolves.co.uk with the supporter number in question and the email address you’d like to use going forward. We will then send you a password to link the account and you can follow the step-by-step guide to create an account and link supporter number here.
Ensure you link to your email address which has loyalty cash associated to it. If not, you will not be able to earn or redeem it.
I have linked an account by mistake – how do I unlink?
To unlink on the ticketing site:
- Click your name in the top left (profile icon in top right on mobile)
- Click personal details
- At the top of the page is your name and supporter number – next to this theres an orange ‘Not you?’ link – click that
- Click unlink on the pop-up box
To unlink on the shop website:
- Click name on header (from the main menu on mobile)
- Scroll to Manage Linked Accounts – click it
- Click un-link your account
I have forgotten my shop password – what do I do?
