How to: Create your Wolves Account

1. If you have logged in to the Wolves App or WolvesTV you already have a Wolves Account and do not need to create one. Simply use your WolvesTV or App login credentials for all websites.
   
   If not please follow steps 2-12 below.
   
   
2. Watch the video above for a full visual guide.
   
   
3. First you need to create your account, browse to:
   https://login.wolves.co.uk/Auth/Register 
   
   
4. Fill in all details and create a password that is at least six characters long and features an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a number. You can also choose to create an account using your Facebook or LinkedIn account via the buttons at the bottom of the page. Click continue.
   
   
5. We’ll now send you an email to confirm your email address and activate your account from noreply@wolves.co.uk. If you don’t receive the email, be sure to check your spam/junk folders.
   
   
6. Click the link in the email to activate your account.
   
   
7. Click to log in to your account or browse to: https://login.wolves.co.uk
   
   
8. You can now login and update your communication preferences.
   
   
9. Simply tick the boxes next to the forms of communication you’d like to be contacted by the club and third parties.
   
   
10. To opt-in to all comms from Wolves click ‘Opt-in club’.
    
    
11. Click ‘Continue’ to save your choices.

How to: Link your supporter number for ticketing

1. Watch the video above for a full visual guide.
   
   
2. When you first login to https://tickets.wolves.co.uk/ with your new Wolves Account, you will be asked if you wish to link your previous ticketing account or create a new account. In order to keep your ticketing history and loyalty details, ensure you link your previous account. You will need three things to do this:
   
   
   1. Your new Wolves Account login details
   2. Your ticketing supporter number
   3. Your ticketing password
      
      
3. Upon login, if you have not already updated your personal information, you will be prompted to update these details before you can link your account.
   
   
4. Once logged in and completed your profile you will be sent back to the ticketing site.
   
   
5. If you have a previous ticketing account head to steps 6&7. If you do not have any ticketing history head to steps 8&9.
   
   
6. If you have a previous ticketing account, fill in your ‘Supporter ID’ and ticketing ‘Password’ in the box under the heading ‘Have you purchased tickets previously?’.
   
   
7. Click ‘Sign In’. That’s it! Your new Wolves account is now linked to your previous ticketing account history and loyalty.
   
   
8. If you do not have any ticketing history and are creating a new account – check that all the details under the heading: ‘Create new account here if you have not previously purchased tickets’ are correct, and all mandatory fields have been entered and click ‘Create account’.
   
   
9. You can now use your Wolves Account to purchase tickets at https://tickets.wolves.co.uk/

Links to family / friends accounts

If you currently have any existing friends or family members linked to your account - please note that upon successful linking of your ticketing account these relationships will continue - allowing you to purchase and assign tickets on their behalf.

To check if these relationships exist in your account - visit: https://tickets.wolves.co.uk/CrmDetails.aspx#eSRO_Crm_PersonalDetails and scroll to ‘My Friends and Family’.

If they do not appear, click the 'Manage my relationships' link and create the relationship to the supporter number you wish to link. 

To purchase on their behalf, click edit on the particular supporter number and ensure the box next to: ‘This person shares my family unit’ is ticked.
