Wolves Academy duo Emilio Ballard-Matthews and Wesley Okoduwa have both been named in the latest England under-16 squad.
The Young Lions face Italy in an international friendly double-header in Florence this week, with both players selected to represent their country.
The pair, aged 15, have linked up with Neil Ryan’s side for the week-long camp after impressing the England coaching staff with their performances at Compton Park.
Ballard-Matthews is a winger, while Okoduwa plays as a right-back and has already appeared for the under-18s this season, coming on as a substitute for the final 23 minutes of the opening day draw with Blackburn Rovers.
England play Italy on Tuesday 22nd August and Thursday 24th August at CTF Coverciano – the central training ground and technical headquarters of the Italian Football Federation.
