At 7pm on Thursday 13th June 2013 the Wolves Disabled Supporter Association (DSA), held their first full AGM here at Molineux and the evening was extremely well attended with approximately 30 people taking the time to provide their view on the manner in which the DSA should be run. The meeting was opened by the Acting Chairperson, Lin Corbett who is doing so due to the Chairman David Charles, standing down due to personal issues and all wished him well for the future.
Dennis Green gave a brief input on the history of the DSA and why it was formed initially, bringing everyone up to speed on the current situation. Brendon King (treasurer) gave a breakdown of the finances to date stating that there were 33 offical members with numerous further enquiries being made by people wishing to join.
The members gathered to vote upon their new constituation which they duly adopted and also to elect a new committee. The following people have been elected by the members to the committee of the DSA and Wolves wish them well in their tenure:
Steve Daniels – Chairman
Tim Phillips – Committee Member
Pete Drury - Committee Member
Tony Grocutt ¬ Committee Member
Michael La’Touche - Committee Member
Guy Weaver - Committee Member
Alan Sadler - Committee Member
As ever, the enthusiasm of everyone attending was overwhelming and a credit the founder members of the DSA.
