The international friendly on Saturday 24th March will be a tribute to the former England, West Bromwich Albion and Wolves striker, who sadly passed away earlier this year.
Regis was an influential figure in the West Midlands and wreaths from all four of his clubs and the FA will be placed on the Molineux turf.
A minute’s silence will also take place pre-match to celebrate his contribution to football in England and the Midlands.
Managing Director, Laurie Dalrymple, said: “Cyrille contributed so much to Midlands and English football, so it’s fitting the England Under-21 fixture at Molineux will be played in his honour.
“He was an unbelievable man from a strong family and his legacy will continue for many years to come.
“With Cyrille having played for both England and Wolves, it’s appropriate those inside Molineux will be able to pay their respects to a great man.”
