The likes of Conor Coady, Ruben Neves, Joao Moutinho and Diogo Jota will be complimented by a selection of young players from Wolves Academy.
Taylor Perry, Luke Cundle, Niall Ennis and Ed Francis are amongst the under-18 and under-23 players given the nod for the trip to Shanghai and Nanjing.
Matt Doherty is a notable absentee after picking up an injury during pre-season, while Romain Saiss and Raul Jimenez will not travel due to recent international commitments.
While in Asia, Wolves will face Newcastle United in the semi-final of the Asia Trophy, and either Manchester City or West Ham United in the final or third-place play-off.
