A Premier League announcement this week confirmed that the remaining matches of the 2019/20 season will take place without supporters present in the stadium.
Everyone at Wolves shares the deep disappointment of our supporters at the prospect of playing matches at Molineux, and away from home, without our incredible fans with us.
However, we will do everything we can to help them feel as close as possible to the action, and we know that they will be supporting us all of the way – with every pass, every tackle and every goal.
Season tickets
Season ticket holders, that will no longer be able to attend the remaining four home league fixtures of the season, will be issued pro-rata credit towards their 2020/21 season ticket.
This credit will be automatically applied at renewal, so supporters will not need to take any proactive measures to ensure that this happens.
Season ticket details for the 2020/21 season will be communicated when there is more clarity on when fixtures will be played and when government and Premier League guidance allows spectators to attend sporting events.
Any season ticket holder that wishes to request a refund, instead of receiving credit towards their 2020/21 season ticket, will be able to do so. Details on how to request this refund will be emailed to all season ticket holders in the next 14 days.
Home match tickets
Ticket holders for the home match against AFC Bournemouth, originally scheduled for Sunday 22nd March, have been contacted to arrange credit for a future home fixture.
Any Bournemouth ticket holder who wishes to request a refund instead of having this credit for a future home fixture will be able to do so. Details on how to request this refund have been communicated directly to the ticket purchaser via email.
Away match tickets
Ticket holders for the away matches against West Ham United and Aston Villa will be refunded over the next seven days using the original method of payment that they used.
This process is already in progress, and any supporters who purchased their tickets using cash or card with chip and pin will be contacted via email to arrange a refund.
Europa League tickets
Wolves are not currently issuing proactive refunds for the Europa League last-16 tie against Olympiacos, originally scheduled to be played on Thursday 19th March 2020, until there is more clarity on when the rearranged fixture will take place.
Hospitality tickets
All supporters with hospitality tickets or packages booked for one of the final four home league games of the 2019/20 season will be contacted by a member of the hospitality team to discuss their options.
