Ticket office opening hours change
Ticket office opening hours, specifically for over-the counter sales, have been reviewed with sales numbers analysed in comparison with sales online.
As a result, the ticket office will open for over-the-counter sales on Saturdays between 9am and 1pm and Wednesdays 10am and 5pm only, as well as home matchdays (opening hours to be confirmed per matchday). These changes will come into effect from Saturday 24th July.
Telephone lines will be open Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm, Saturdays 9am to 1pm and home matchdays (opening hours to be confirmed per matchday).
Home match sales process altered for new season
The allocation method based on loyalty points totals used over the past few seasons will be replaced with tickets being made available to any current My Wolves, #WolfPack, Young Wolves or International Members from a specified time and date.
This change has been made following feedback from long-standing members who became frustrated when purchasing home match tickets and now gives all members – regardless of their geographic location – an equal opportunity to attend games at Molineux.
Membership Plus scheme members will have an exclusive pre-sale window ahead of the release to other members. The Membership Plus scheme has been available to supporters who accrued a high number of loyalty points during the 2019/20 season, but who were not season ticket holders.
Away match sales process remains the same
Loyalty points will continue to be used to determine priority for the purchase of away tickets.
Home and Away Season Ticket on sale now
Season ticket holders are reminded that their renewal deadline is Friday 30th July, and the deadline also applies to Away Season Ticket Holders.
Details of the season ticket relocation period will be announced in the week commencing 26th July.
Any unrenewed season tickets will be made available to supporters who are registered on the season ticket waiting list and who have purchased a membership for the 2021/22 season.
Position on the season ticket waiting list will determine priority and exclusive invites to purchase will be sent via email.
Celta Vigo friendly information to be released soon
Wolves’ final pre-season game against Celta Vigo will take place using Premier League covid protocols, which are due to be confirmed this week.
As soon as ticket details can be confirmed they will be made available via wolves.co.uk.
