Travelling supporter information | West Ham vs Wolves

Wolves are set for their second of two matches in London this week, as Bruno Lage’s men visit the London Stadium to take on West Ham United on Sunday.

A sold-out allocation of more than 3,000 supporters will be travelling to east London for the 2pm Premier League kick-off, and for supporters who are heading to the match, here’s everything to know before making the trip.

Covid safety information

If you are feeling unwell with Covid-19 symptoms or any cold or flu-type symptoms, please do not attend the game.

Following the Government's easing of Covid-19 Plan B restrictions, and in line with the latest guidance, NHS Covid passes will no longer be required as a condition of entry to a match at the London Stadium.

Supporters are encouraged to follow public health guidance when attending this match, including wearing face coverings when indoors or in crowded areas, maintaining good hand hygiene and not attending if you have Covid-19 symptoms.

Matchday information

London Stadium is just a short walk from five stations – Stratford, Hackney Wick, Pudding Mill Lane, Stratford High Street and West Ham Station – and is well served by local bus routes.

West Ham also provide an Accessible Shuttle Bus service on matchday for supporters who require assistance to and from the stadium. To enquire about using the shuttle bus service contact accessibility@westhamunited.co.uk.

As London Stadium is a green stadium and a public transport destination, there is no public car parking. Supporters are advised to arrive via the many public transport routes available. However, visiting supporters wishing to book accessible parking on matchday, can contact accessibility@westhamunited.co.uk for further advice.

The entrance for visiting supporters is located at turnstile D. If you have any enquiries while outside the stadium please visit West Ham’s dedicated visitor supporters tent directly opposite. Wolves supporters are advised to arrive via Bridge 4 where there is lift access to turnstile D.

The area outside of turnstile D is exclusively available to away supporters after the match. This zone is in place for the safety of all supporters and to enable all supporters to leave the stadium via designated walking routes to public transport hubs and the visiting supporters’ coach parking.

In the visiting supporters section, Wolves fans have the option to purchase hot and cold drinks and an array of food including nachos, hot-dogs and pies. There is an assortment of confectionery items available.

Flags and banners are not generally confiscated, however the obstruction of gangways, access routes, exits and entrances, health and safety signage and stairways is strictly forbidden. For any enquiries about flags or bannersm, email supporterservices@westhamunited.co.uk

Wolves and West Ham have a zero tolerance policy towards abuse or anti-social behaviour in any form. To report an incident or a concern on matchday at the London Stadium please notify the nearest steward or use our SMS reporting service on 07860404069. All text messages are treated in the strictest confidence and, for our staff, it is better to monitor the situation as it is happening and to be able to take action at the time of it occurring.

Detailed information for supporters attending Sunday’s fixture can be found here.

Social stories

Social stories, a new communication exchange technique using meaningful and understandable pictures, are now available for all of Wolves’ away trips.

These guides are designed to assist fans through an event using up to date pictures and giving them advanced knowledge of what to expect when visiting new places.

Any supporter who would benefit from a social story for visiting the London Stadium, or any future away game, should contact the Wolves Fan Services team on fanservices@wolves.co.uk.

Each social story is individual to the away ground Wolves visits.
