The club are hosting the event on the day of the final Molineux match of the season, when Wolves take on Norwich City, which will take place at 8am US time on Sunday 15th May.
Entry for the event, which will take place at The Piggery Chicago, is completely free – supporters are simply asked to register their interest by clicking here.
The Watch Party will follow on from the Chicago Supporters’ Club’s gathering, which will take place on Friday 13th May, and offer fans the opportunity to meet fellow Wolves supporters and enjoy a question-and-answer session with a Wolves legend.
On the training pitch, Wolves will also be working with partner club Chicago City, hosting a range of sessions for various age groups.
The sessions will be part of a series of special fan events and activations, including potential further Watch Parties, legend Q&As and a special tournament, aimed at young, local footballers.
Joe Hunt, international projects manager, said: “We are delighted to be in Chicago for our inaugural Watch Party and to continue our work with Chicago City Soccer Club. Over the last few months our Academy staff have been delivering webinars to the Chicago City staff, showing how we work as a club in developing players. It’s going to be amazing though to see the guys face to face and continue sharing but also deliver coaching sessions to the Chicago City players.
“With our supporters coming into Chicago from all around the US, it will be a great weekend in the build up to the Norwich game. Our supporter base is growing at an incredible rate, and we’re delighted to be putting this event on for them. We’ll enjoy watching Wolves play in the same bar on the Sunday but beforehand we’ll have a meet up on the Friday and a supporter game on the Saturday, which will be great events.”
