Away matchday guide | Man City vs Wolves

Wolves are taking a trip to the Etihad Stadium on Sunday as Julen Lopetegui’s men face Manchester City as they look to make it successive Premier League victories.

A sold-out allocation of 3,000 supporters will be travelling to the north-west for the 2pm kick-off as the side in gold and black look to continue their unbeaten start to 2023.

For those making the journey to Manchester, here is everything you need to know…

Matchday information

All tickets for this game were delivered as digital tickets with entry to the stadium gained by scanning the ticket on a smartphone.

Download links have been sent separately for each seat to the email address of the supporter whose account was used to make the booking. For example, if a supporter has booked three tickets, they will receive three separate emails.

Supporters who are unable to download the link to a smartphone, should contact fanservices@wolves.co.uk by 5pm on Friday 20th January. The Molineux ticket office will be open at 9am until 1pm on Saturday 21st January and will also be reachable by phone on 0371 222 1877.

The away fan entrances for South Stand are L1, L2 and L3. 

Backpacks, holdalls, rucksacks, or other similar items of any size, large or small, will not be allowed into the stadium, although small handheld bags, no larger than A4 size will be accepted. If fans must bring a bag to the stadium, bag drop facilities that will securely store items will be in place until the match has finished. The bag drop will be priced at £10.

Supporters are also encouraged to bring a form of cashless payment as cash is not accepted across the Etihad Campus, as well as photo ID, as this may be checked as part of Man City’s standard ticketing policy.

Turnstiles open two hours before kick-off (12pm). Supporters under 14 must be accompanied by an adult (over 18). Any supporter that attempts to use an inactive ticket will be asked to leave the complex.

Car parking must be pre-booked in advance. Parking is not available on the day. Coaches and minibuses for the visiting team can be parked on the Grey Car Park, opposite the away fan turnstiles. Book car parking here.

City Square is Man City’s free fanzone and includes pre-match music, food and drink. Visiting fans can attend and enjoy live music, competitions and guest interviews. City Square opens three hours before kick-off.

Although alcohol is not available to away supporters in the fanzone and pubs in the local vicinity are used by home supporters only.

Concessions will be open on the concourse until the end of half-time. There is a range of hot and cold food and beverages available, with several Halal and Vegan options.

Wheelchair bays for away fans are included in the away allocation in Level 1 on our super-risers accessed via entrance L1 and Legends Balcony on Level 2 accessed via entrance H (lift access).
