Wolves Express | Taking the long trek to Newcastle

As Wolves prepare to head the 195 miles from Wolverhampton to Newcastle, Wolves Express catches up with one fan who has decided to walk that entire journey, all in aid of charity.

Although the players will be enjoying luxury travel to Tyneside for Saturday's Premier League fixture with the Magpies, Manny Singh Kang has taken it upon himself to walk the distance between Molineux and St James' Park, and he chats to the podcast about his mammoth charity challenge.

Head coach Gary O'Neil also features on Friday's edition of Wolves Express as he gave a special mention to Manny and his fundraising efforts, which supporters can donate to - all in aid of Dementia UK - by clicking here.

O'Neil also spoke about matters on the pitch this weekend, with his side going face to face against a side managed by one of his friends in Eddie Howe, with the former Portsmouth teammates set to battle it out for Premier League points this weekend. The head coach also gives a fitness update on his squad after their midweek FA Cup exploits against Brighton & Hove Albion.

Finally, women's first-team captain Anna Morphet also chats to Wolves Express about the four home fixtures in four weekends they have coming up, and how the players are eager to get back to action after seeing their last two matches called off.

Released three times a week – every Monday, Wednesday and Friday – Wolves Express is packed with news, updates and exclusive interviews on both the playing and non-playing side of the club, complementing other offerings of Wolves Weekly and Matchday Live Extra.
