McNamara has been granted Elite Athlete status by the Royal Air Force and the manager reflects on the opportunity which has been provided to him, while Laura Nicholls, Wolves Academy manager for operations, also features on Wednesday episode as she expresses her delight at being able to make the decision to make McNamara's role full-time.
Nicholls explains why the decision was made, what benefits the club will receive and what opportunities are available now that McNamara’s time can be dedicated to Wolves on a full-time basis.
There is also chat with sporting director Matt Hobbs, who discusses Hugo Bueno's loan move to Feyenoord this week. Hobbs explains the reasoning behind the Spaniard heading away for a season, as well as why he feels the Dutch outfit are the 'perfect' club to help Bueno develop further.
