Wolves Express | The Forest reaction

Gary O’Neil, Jorgen Strand Larsen and Hee Chan Hwang all feature on Monday’s Wolves Express, reflecting on a positive point at Nottingham Forest.

Head coach O’Neil was up first, discussing the desired reaction to the heavy defeat to Chelsea, what pleased him from the performance, what still needs to improve and his frustrations about being denied a second half penalty.

Norwegian striker Strand Larsen was up next, also reflecting on that positive point on the road. He explains how he’s still getting used to the Premier League and how, having got off the mark against Chelsea, he’s hungry for more goals once he returns from international duty.

Also on the show was Hwang, who came off the bench in Nottingham and he reflects on a performance full of effort and endeavour, as well as his improving English, which is allowing him to enjoy life more.

Former Old Gold full back Andy Thompson was also in the stands on Saturday and post-match he discussed a much-improved defensive performance, the influence of Craig Dawson in that, and the important of getting a point on the board.

Finally, new signing Carlos Forbs was unavailable against Forest, but features on Wolves Express having completed a late deadline day move from Ajax on Friday night.

Released three times a week – every Monday, Wednesday and Friday – Wolves Express is packed with news, updates and exclusive interviews on both the playing and non-playing side of the club, complementing other offerings of Wolves Weekly and Matchday Live Extra.
