Beverley Knight MBE speaks exclusively to Wolves Express on Friday’s episode after visiting Compton Park earlier this week.
The legendary soul singer, who hails from Wolverhampton and is a life-long Old Gold fan, played in her home city this week and followed her show up by being welcomed into the club’s training ground.
Knight watched Gary O’Neil’s side train and met the squad afterwards, before receiving a Wolves away shirt, personalised and signed by the entire squad.
Afterwards, she sat down with Express to explain her delight at being welcomed inside the training ground.
O’Neil was pleased to welcome her and the head coach is also on the show discussing Saturday’s clash with Liverpool, specifically missing Yerson Mosquera, the virus circling the camp and what to expect from the Reds.
Finally, Rayan Ait-Nouri also features, discussed Wolves’ last home game against Newcastle United and how he’s remaining calm, confident the Old Gold will turn around their season soon.
