Matchday guide | Brentford vs Wolves

Wolves are making a trip to the capital on Saturday afternoon as they take on Brentford in their latest Premier League outing.

A sold-out allocation of just over 1,500 supporters will be heading to the Gtech Community Stadium for the 3pm kick-off.

For those making the journey to west London, here is everything you need to know…

Travel information

Trains and underground | There are eight stations located within a 20-minute walking radius of the stadium. The nearest station to the stadium is Kew Bridge and has one South Western Railway train every 15 minutes on matchdays. Brentford Station is the nearest step-free station.

Gunnersbury Station and Kew Gardens Station will be closed on matchday.

Travelling by car and parking | The post code for the stadium is TW8 0RU and can be reached from Wolverhampton by using the M40 to West London.

Parking for supporters travelling by the car to the fixture can be purchased from Brentford’s parking provider EST here.

Car parks are within a close proximity to the stadium (less than 25-minute walk).

Reservable parking needs to be purchased ahead of the matchday, no cash payments accepted.

Travelling by official coach | The official away coaches will park on Capital Interchange Way (TW8 0EX) which is adjacent to the away end turnstiles.

Kit colours

Brentford will be in their red and white striped home shirt with black shorts, and the goalkeeper is wearing their green goalkeeper shirt and green shorts.

Wolves will be wearing the 2024/25 gold home shirt and black shorts, with the goalkeeper wearing the pink goalkeeper shirt and pink shorts.

Partly sunny weather is expected in west London at the time of kick-off on Saturday afternoon, with temperatures expected to be around 16 degrees Celsius.

Turnstile information and opening times

Turnstiles open 90 minutes prior to kick-off. Fans are advised to take their seats in plenty of time to ensure they do not miss any of the match.

Turnstile entrances for away supporters are H, G and F.

Position of visiting supporters

Visiting supporters will be located in the East Stand (blocks N120, E117, E116, E115, E218, E217, E216, E215).

Flags and banner information

Any flags or banners larger than those maximum dimensions permitted by the club (two metres x one metre) and/or of an offensive nature are not permitted into the ground.

Away pubs/bars

Pubs around the stadium generally welcome both home and away fans. If any changes are made ahead of the matchday, Wolves will be notified.

The Pilot or The Gunnersbury are recommended for fans travelling from Gunnersbury.

The Express Tavern, One Over the Ait, The Bell & Crown, The Steam Packet and City Barge are the closest pubs to the stadium.

The Cricketers, The Greyhound, The Coach & Horses and The Botanist are the closest to Kew Green and typically all welcome away fans.

Security information

Searches will be conducted ahead of entry at the Gtech, they will also search all bags that supporters bring along.

Bag policy

Brentford strongly advise supporters not to bring bags of any type into the stadium. If you do bring a bag you will need to have it searched.

Large rucksacks will not be allowed but small backpacks can be brought into the stadium (for guidance, the maximum size allowed is a 10L rucksack, with dimensions 34cm by 24cm by 11cm (13.5 by 9.5 by 4.5 inches).

Matchday programme

Programmes will be available inside and outside the ground, as well as from the Bees Merchandise Kiosk and the Bees Superstore. Sellers will be accepting contactless payments only.

Accessible information

Changing Places Toilets | Brentford have two Changing Places Toilets within the stadium, one on the second floor of the South Stand and one in the main concourse of the North Stand within the Family Area. If you require access to the toilets, please let a steward know and they will escort you around to the toilets.

The Changing Place Toilets will include a large space for both the user and carer to move freely within the room, accessible toilet, hoist, movable changing bed, privacy screen along with seating for other users. For any further information please contact accessibility@brentfordfc.com

Matchday commentary | At Gtech Community Stadium, Brentford provide matchday commentary for away supporters through their in-house commentator. They provide receivers and headsets that can be booked through their Accessibility team by emailing accessibility@brentfordfc.com and letting us know which match they will be attending.

You can also visit the box office on a matchday and be issued with a headset. Away supporters will be able to collect their booked headset from the away end turnstile once into the ground, please speak to the stewards and they will have the supporters name and you will be issued with the headset. Please return the headset to a steward when exiting the stadium.
