Monday's episode of the club's official quickfire podcast begins with a chat with Matheus Cunha, who has put pen to paper on a new contract at Molineux which will keep him tied to the club until 2029.
The Brazilian discussed what signing the contract means to him, his connection with the Wolves supporters while also reflecting on the win against Villa on Saturday evening as the Old Gold ended their run of four consecutive top flight defeats against their local rivals.
Head coach Vitor Pereira also joins the podcast as he shares his thoughts on his side's performance in the 2-0 win under the Molineux lights, as he praises the performances and the determination of his players to get back to winning ways in the Premier League.
Pereira also reserved special praise for Jean-Ricner Bellegarde who stepped into midfield in the place of the suspended Joao Gomes before producing one of his best performances in gold and black and also opened the scoring.
