Wolves Express | Into the fifth round and record Wolves Women attendance

The latest episode of Wolves Express is now live as Vitor Pereira and Matheus Cunha reflect on progressing into the fifth round and Wolves Women break their attendance record in a big FA Cup weekend.

Sunday's visit to Ewood Park was another successful FA Cup jaunt for Pereira's side who once again progressed against Championship opposition, this time overcoming the challenge of Blackburn Rovers thanks to goals from Joao Gomes and Cunha.

Pereira discussed the importance of the FA Cup, why he likes to go as strong as he can with his team selection in the competition and the only regret he has from the 2-0 victory.

There is also reaction from Toti who explains the difficulties Wolves faced during the opening stages of the match with the conditions and a hard pitch in Lancashire, how he's enjoying his role under Pereira - having not lost or conceded a goal when he has been part of the defence under his fellow countryman - and how the team is hoping to progress in the FA Cup again this season.

Goalscorer Cunha also shares his thoughts on finding the net a second time in two games and how he is thriving in the Wolves attack, while the Matchday Live Extra team of Mikey Burrows and Andy Thompson review the performance of debutant Marshall Munetsi - who also joins the podcast as he discusses his first game in gold and black and how he has settled into the side.

There is also reaction to Wolves Women's fifth round cup defeat to Manchester United at the SEAH Stadium as more than 5,000 supporters packed out the ground at Telford to see Dan McNamara's side bow out to the Adobe Women's FA Cup holders.

McNamara and captain Anna Morphet reflect on the 6-0 loss but the skipper believes the players have plenty to be proud about to even reach this stage of the competition as third tier team, going up against a side full of internationals.

Released three times a week – every Monday, Wednesday and Friday – Wolves Express is packed with news, updates and exclusive interviews on both the playing and non-playing side of the club, complementing other offerings of the Official Wolves Podcast and Matchday Live Extra.
