The 24-year-old makes the switch to the Sky Bet League One side for the remainder of the 2019/20 campaign, with The Gills currently sat in 12th place in the table.
After joining Wolves in January 2015, Graham had a prominent spell with his new side, making 12 appearances, assisting ten goals and scoring on one occasion during the Championship campaign.
Graham then made three appearances for Nuno Espirito Santo’s men at the start of the 2017/18 season before undertaking loan spells at Fulham, Ipswich Town and Oxford United.
