The midfielder joined Wolves last summer following time at Lazio and Braga, alongside Pedro Neto, and enjoyed sprinkling of first-team opportunities during his debut season.
A goalscoring debut against Reading in the Carabao Cup was followed by a second successive start in the competition at Aston Villa in October 2019.
In the new year Jordao also featured against RCD Espanyol in the Europa League and Chelsea on the final day of the Premier League campaign.
Now, the next stage of the 21-year-old’s development comes in his home nation with Famalicao, who finished sixth in Portugal’s top tier last time out.
