The midfielder will join Anthony Hudson’s Rapids on a four-year-deal - the first permanent move of his career after joining Wolves at seven years of age.
Having progressed through the Academy, Price signed his first professional contract in March 2011, and made his Wolves debut against Gillingham in August 2013.
The 25-year-old went on to make 115 competitive appearances during his time at Molineux, scoring two goals, the most recent of which coming in a 2-1 win at MK Dons back in April 2016.
Price played a pivotal role in Wolves’ promotion from Sky Bet League 1 in the 2013/14 season, taking to the field 30 times as Kenny Jackett’s side amassed a record-breaking points total.
Reflecting on his time with Wolves, Price said: “I’ve been at Wolves for my entire footballing life so it’s played a huge part in my career. I’ve played with some fantastic players and worked with some brilliant staff.
“Of course, a part of me is sad to leave the club after so many years, but the time is right for a new challenge and I’m really looking forward to my next step.
“I would like to thank everybody who has helped me during my time at Wolves and the fans for their support throughout my time here. It’s a wonderful club and I wish it every success going forward.”
