Goals from Romain Saiss, Willy Boly and a first goal for Benik Afobe since signing from Bournemouth in January, secured a comfortable win for Wolves and extend their lead to six points at the top of Championship.
Speaking after the win, Nuno said he was delighted with all aspects of his side's performance.
"I'm proud of the boys today, I'm proud of the fans that came and sing all night - I think Wolves is a team that wants to grow," said Nuno. "Grow with our fans, with the club, the people, with the city of Wolverhampton - we want to keep going and keep doing this.
"Honestly we did a very good game in every moment.
"At first, the team showed character to step forward and show that this is the way we play.
"We are here and we want to compete so the approach was good, the approach was really good.
"After the quality and the talent that we have, joined with a solid team that's consistent and organised in defence, winning duels, aggressive intensity on the pressing high on the pitch - it's a very good game, very good performance.
"We created a lot and I always says is that the most important thing is to create and this is what we have to keep on doing.
"We improved today on set pieces - we were very consistent in defending them and very strong attacking them.
"We keep improving in every situation, this is the way we work and this is the way we want to compete showing that we are better than the opponent in every moment of the game, this is the growing that we want."
Two of Wolves' goals came from set-piece situations, something which Nuno admits to have been working on in training.
Nuno says that he his aiming to achieve perfection in all aspects of his side's game, something that he says is however impossible.
He said, "We have to work and we work always not only when we are not ok or focussed on that situation.
"Every moment we try to change and create new situations in attack and try to always adapt and see what is the best way.
"Sometimes making a zone of five, sometimes making a zone of six or seven - two individual marking, going strong on the front post or the back post.
"It's all about work to try to achieve something that we know is impossible, perfection - it doesn't exist.
"We want to achieve and prove to ourselves that we know we are good.
"We want to keep going and keep getting better - the boys work really, really hard."
