Hause’s new contract will keep the defender at Molineux until the end of the 2020/21 season.
The 22-year-old arrived at Wolves from Wycombe Wanderers in January 2014 and has since gone on to make 78 appearances for the club in all competitions.
After putting pen-to-paper on the new terms, Hause revealed how happy he was to have extended his stay.
He said: “It feels good. I’ve been at the club for a few years now, four in total.
“I’ve signed a new three-year-deal at the club so I’m happy that I’ve been able to commit my future to Wolves.”
The defender has found playing time hard to come by so far in 2017/18, Hause missed pre-season through injury and there has been fierce competition for places in what has been a strong campaign from Nuno Espirito Santo’s men.
But the former England Under 21 international is determined to keep working hard in training and be prepared for any potential opportunities.
“I haven’t really played this season, which has been frustrating for me, but I understand that’s football,” he explained.
“I haven’t played many games but I’ve still learnt a lot, it’s been a good learning curve for me.
“The players that have been playing have been doing well so I just have to be patient and hopefully my chance will come.
“There are still six massive games of the season left and you never know when you’re going to get called up.
“I have to keep my head and be ready for it if I have to step in at any time. I think the answer is to just work hard every day in training.
“To be honest, it’s made me more hungry. There are still six games left of this season but it’s made me more hungry for next season.”
Wolves Sporting Director Kevin Thelwell said, "We are delighted to get it signed, sealed, delivered and over the line.
"We all think a lot of Kortney and we think he's got some high potential - although he's not played a lot this season, some of his performances in the cup were excellent.
"We're just hoping that this gives us an opportunity to keep building on his skillset with a view to him helping us either get to the Premier League or be in the Premier League in the future."
