The victory is the latest in a line of impressive performances and results against the league's top six in Wolves' first season back in the top flight, but Jota believes that the key to the success has been the squad not allowing themselves to get carried away after eye-catching results.
The Portuguese forward - who scored Wolves' equaliser on Tuesday evening - also confirmed that he was unaffected by the foul on him which led to United's Ashley Young being dismissed.
On the result and the mentality
"It's only one more game in the Premier League. We know Manchester United is a big team, so it's very hard to get the three points, but I don't think we are obsessed by that - we always want to just play game-by-game.
"Tonight our performance was good. It's hard against a team like Manchester United when they start like that - it requires a lot to come back, but our performance was good and it's a good boost for Sunday."
On beating United twice
“Each game is very important for us and we give all the best, every single match. It was just one more game in the Premier League. Of course, it was against a great team, but we want to do our job and we are very happy with the result.
“They know how we play because they played against us recently and they started the game very intense, trying to provoke mistakes. We know after we concede the game is always harder, we have to give more than we are giving.
“They scored so the game was on their side, but we reacted and we could do our game plan again. We know making a comeback against a big team is very hard, we demonstrated to the people that we can go after the result, so we are pleased.”
On league and cup targets
“We know top seven is one of the hardest positions in the table. It’s very important to reach that place, but we are not obsessed by it. We know that every match is very hard and we are going game by game. Now we are looking forward to the semi-final.”

"I'm ok. The way I play requires the opponent to be strong, and sometimes they foul me, but tonight it wasn't a problem."
