With Wolves leading 1-0 through Leander Dendoncker's first half goal, Cutrone came off the bench and finished smartly to make the points safe and increase Nuno Espirito Santo's unbeaten Premier League run to ten games. The Italian celebrated his third goal in old gold passionately in front of the South Bank, and Coady was keen to praise his all-round performance during his brief cameo.
On Cutrone's goal
"I was made up for Cutro to get his goal. He did really well when he came on and to get that goal is huge. He took it so well - they're so difficult for goalkeepers when they go through people's legs.
"His finish was brilliant but it's not just that - he works so hard for the team. He's like Raul - he works his socks off and he brings so much to the team, so it's brilliant that we had him to come on."
Of the overall team performance
"I thought it was a brilliant win. I thought we played really well in spells - we knew West Ham would cause us a few problems because they've got some quality players, but we stuck to the game plan and I thought the lads were fantastic from start to finish.
"We wanted to go forward as much as possible. We said at half-time that it was important that we didn't stop what we were doing and that we didn't drop deep and bring them on to us. That can happen in games like that when you're trying to hold on to a lead, but we wanted to keep moving forward and I think we did that.
"I thought the whole team did well tonight. We were professional, played some good football, kept the ball and created a lot of chances. We scored two and could have had more."
Of the fixture schedule
"We've got an awful lot of games coming up, but we want these games. We want as many as possible, and now we'll make sure we're ready for Sunday (away at Brighton)."
