Patricio, Neves, Moutinho and Jota were all members of the Portugal squad which lifted the inaugural Nations League trophy on home soil last summer, having beat the Netherlands 1-0 in the final.
Portugal face Croatia at home in their first game in defence of the title on 5th September before travelling to Sweden on 8th September.

Monday’s call-ups have also seen Ruben Vinagre and Pedro Neto earn selections for the Portugal under-21s for their European qualifying matches against Cyprus and Belarus on 4th and 8th September.
Away from Portugal, Matt Doherty, who celebrated his ten-year anniversary as a Wolves player at the weekend, has been named in Stephen Kelly’s first Republic of Ireland squad having taken over from former Wolves boss Mick McCarthy.

Doherty, who has nine previous appearances and one goal for the Republic, is one of six defenders selected by Ireland for their Nations League double-header against Bulgaria and Finland on 3rd September and 6th September respectively.
Leander Dendoncker will also hope to be in Nations League action next month after being named in the Belgium squad for his country's group stage matches against Denmark on 5th September and Iceland on 8th September.
