The England international has played every minute of Premier League action in gold and black since Wolves were promoted back into the top-flight in 2018.
The Liverpool Academy graduate joined the pack in 2015 following stints at Sheffield United and Huddersfield Town and has gone on to become one of the key members of Nuno Espirito Santo’s side.
Having spent the first two Championship campaigns in midfield, Nuno’s arrival saw the 27-year-old transformed into a consistent and reliable voice at the heart of Wolves’ defence, and a leader on and off the pitch.

Coady had the honour of leading Wolves out in European competition following an absence of almost 40 years, becoming the first man to wear the old gold armband in Europe since fellow former Liverpool defender Emlyn Hughes captained the side in the 1980/81 UEFA Cup.
He continued his impressive feat of playing every minute for Wolves as the club marked their return to European football, with the defender not missing a moment as his side reached the quarter-finals of the 2019/20 Europa League.

The 2020/21 season began with another proud moment for the skipper, who was rewarded for his efforts at Molineux with his first England senior call up last month. Having captained his country at youth level, Coady got his opportunity to shine on the senior stage during his debut, putting in a man of the match performance as England earned a Nations League draw with Denmark.
After five years and almost 250 appearances for Wolves, Coady continues to show his commitment to the pack by signing a deal to keep him at Molineux until 2025. He can now look forward to what the future holds in gold and black.
