The Spaniard played a starring role in the winner, hitting a rocket of a shot against the crossbar and watching the ricochet fall nicely off Illan Meslier on its way in. Either side of the goal Wolves had put in a shift to claim another clean sheet and the Premier League double over the Yorkshire side, and Traore now wants the group to continue to grow as one.
On picking up the three points
“I think it’s important, I think we’d been working so hard through the game for 90 minutes. We know how Leeds play back to back and also we know with any team they can score and every team they play in the league they score.
“So clean sheet here at home and back to back wins are very important to us so this is the goal.”

On claiming a clean sheet
“This character shows how tough we work through the 90 minutes. The striker, the midfielder, the defenders, I think it’s important that character, back with that feeling we are a pack, and I think that is the mentality.
“Also, Nuno gets to the team and this is the mentality that we have to follow, and this is how we have to do it.”
On the winning goal
“Today’s me and another day it’s another person, but the main thing is work through the 90 minutes, give our best and keep growing like a player and like a team.”
On continuing the momentum
“We followed the tactic Nuno gave to us and this is our mentality. Like I say, our mentality’s grow every game, be better every game, and this is how we do it.”
