Captain Maximilian Kilman says Wolves need to continue to utilise the dangers Hee Chan Hwang and Pedro Neto pose, which have helped turn around the form of Gary O’Neil’s side in recent weeks.
Since the opening day, either Neto or Hwang, or both, have been involved in Premier League goals for Wolves, and against Aston Villa on Sunday, the Portuguese assisted the South Korean to put the hosts in front. Villa came back to earn a point in the end, but after Mario Lemina’s dismissal, it was a positive point for the Old Gold, and now Kilman says the hard work must continue, despite the break for international football now upon the Premier League.
On the attacking department flying
“Their link-up has been phenomenal this season, all three forwards have been pushing, doing really well. We just need to keep giving them the ball and let them do their magic.
“Just be more positive [was the message]. We did really good things in the [Villa] game and we’ve got to go again, and make sure we’re ready for Bournemouth.”

On momentum building
“Coming from the Man City, we had a bit more confidence and the atmosphere was really good and helped us push. Their support helped us kick on and we could have won the game. We couldn’t take the three points, but a draw was probably fair.”
On the international period
“We’ve still got training this week so the boys who are still here need to do their part, training hard and being ready for the week after that.”
On the draw with Villa
“It was a very tough game. We started off really well, we scored a really good goal, and had a few chances to win the game. Obviously after the sending off, our aim was just to stay in the game and not concede.
“Villa are doing really well and performing really well, and taking a point was probably a fair result.”
