Gary O'Neil's first-team group got more minutes into their legs on Saturday afternoon as pre-season continued to ramp up at Compton Park with a training match against Bristol City.
With each of Wolves' training matches increasing in duration ahead of the first official pre-season fixture against West Ham United in Jacksonville next weekend, O'Neil's side played a 120-minute match of four 30-minute quarters against the Championship outfit.
The head coach changed his entire line-up at the halfway mark, after switching up the teams from the 1-0 win over Como in Marbella on Monday evening.
Wolves were well on top during the first-half, with Pedro Lima, Jean-Ricner Bellegarde and Tawanda Chirewa all coming close to opening the scoring before the hosts took the lead just moments before the half-time whistle.
The goal came from Matheus Cunha, who found space 25 yards out from goal before picking out the bottom corner with an accurate low effort.
O'Neil rang the changes at half-time, and it took just seven minutes after the break for Wolves to double their advantage, as Hee Chan Hwang got on the end of a Pablo Sarabia cross field ball and after holding off his man, he took the ball around the Robins' keeper, allowing the South Korean to turn the ball into the empty net.
Less than 10 minutes later, Wolves added their third of the afternoon as a Tommy Doyle cross was headed back across goal by Craig Dawson before the ball was inadvertently put into the net by a visiting defender.
Jorgen Strand Larsen was then denied in the fourth quarter when his glanced header was well saved by the keeper, but it mattered not as Wolves made it two wins from two in their pre-season outings so far this summer.
First half 11: Bentley, Lima, S Bueno, Toti, H Bueno, Cundle, Lemina (C), Bellegarde, Cunha, Chiquinho, Guedes (Chirewa 30).
Second half 11: King, Doherty, Mosquera, Dawson (Lonwijk 107), Ait-Nouri, Hodge, Doyle, Sarabia, Hwang (C), R Gomes (Hoever 109), Strand Larsen.
