Wolves’ festive Premier League trip to Leicester City has been rescheduled, following advice from the local authorities.
The King Power Stadium visit provides the Old Gold with their final pre-Christmas fixture and will now take place on Sunday 22nd December, rather than the previous day, due to a clash with a Leicester Tigers home fixture.
That rugby union fixture has been selected for live broadcast in the UK on 21st December and therefore cannot be rearranged, forcing the move of the Premier League fixture.
Leicester against Wolves will now kick off at 2pm on 22nd December.
