Emmanuel Agbadou marked his first month as a Wolves player by picking up the SUDU Player of the Month award.
After signing for the club earlier in the month as the first of three new incomings during the January transfer window, the Ivory Coast international has fitted straight into Vitor Pereira’s side – playing every minute possible following his arrival.
Having made his debut in the FA Cup win over Bristol City on the left side of the back three, the central defender also featured against Newcastle United, Chelsea and Arsenal in the Premier League, as he produced impressive performances, despite Wolves’ struggles to pick up points.
It was in the narrow 1-0 loss to Arsenal where Agbadou shone brightest, as his display was vital to an improved showing where the Old Gold just missed out on claiming a point against the title chasers.

He has already carried his performances into February, picking up the Player of the Match award in Saturday evening’s 2-1 win against Aston Villa at Molineux, where he moved into the centre of the defence following Toti’s return from injury.
Agbadou was handed January's SUDU-sponsored award this week after claiming 34% of the public vote, ahead of Joao Gomes (21%), Rodrigo Gomes (15%) and Matt Doherty (10%).
