The Compton Park gym saw both long and short-term absentees hard at work recently, while head tennis and basketball competitions ensued amongst the first-team.
Yerson Mosquera and Sasa Kalajdzic, both out in the long-term, were putting in the graft during their rehabilitations, while Rodrigo Gomes and Hee Chan Hwang, hopefully nearing a return sooner, were continuing their own recoveries.
The Old Gold’s Brazilian four piece of Andre, Joao Gomes, Matheus Cunha and Pedro Lima were in the head tennis court, while the likes of Pablo Sarabia and Nelson Semedo took to the basketball hoop during a lively session in the gym for Vitor Pereira’s group.
