The 24-year-old joined Wolves in January 2017 and featured regularly for Scott Sellars’ Under 23s during the 2016/17 Premier League 2 season.
During last season, he spent time on loan at Coventry City in Sky Bet League Two before moving on loan in January to Sky Bet League One side Oldham Athletic.
Nazon aided Coventry's promotion push during the first half of the season, scoring six goals in 21 appearances at the Ricoh Arena.
Six goals was also the total return for the second half of the 2017/18 season, scoring his goals in 16 appearances for Oldham.
The Haiti international now makes the switch to Belgium where he will play in the First Division A.
