The 21-year-old has scored 14 times in all competitions for the under-23s this season and featured in the Carabao Cup and Emirates FA Cup for the first-team.
After making his full debut against Manchester United in January, Ashley-Seal will now join teammate Sadou Diallo on loan with Stanley until the end of the season.
Fellow member of the under-23s, Callum Thompson, has also left the club on loan, joining League of Ireland outfit Bohemians until the end of June.
The 18-year-old Republic of Ireland youth international, who has been with Wolves Academy since the summer of 2017, has joined Bohs to gain first-team football experience back in his home country.
