Wolves have signed Portuguese midfielder Reimao Nogueira until the end of the season.
The 19 year old signs for Wolves as a free agent following being released by Italian side Fiorentina.
Reimao will be added to Scott Sellars' Under 23s squad and he will be available for Monday's Premier League 2 fixture against Newcastle United.
