The 20-year-old wing-back was recalled from a loan stint at Shrewsbury Town earlier in January and featured on the bench for Wolves in the past two Premier League fixtures.
Giles, who progressed through the Wolves Academy system, played a starring role in the under-23 side earning promotion to Premier League 2 Division 1 last season, featuring 19 times at left wing-back or further forward, as well as making his senior debut against the Shrews in the 2018/19 FA Cup campaign.
In the first half of the current season, Giles put in hugely impressive performances at Montgomery Waters Meadow, appearing 25 times in all competitions for Shrewsbury, scoring an outstanding long-range effort in his first game in League One against Portsmouth.
Everyone at Wolves would like to wish Ryan all the best during his time at Coventry.
